URGENT! We need purr power for Tia’s fading baby boy as he’s not gaining weight and isn’t fighting fiercely enough to defend his spot at the milk bar. Mom Carly is hand feeding him every 2 hours but he continues to lose weight.

UPDATE! Alex had his tail amputated and a large tumor removed. He came home and they had a rough afternoon yesterday. ~Mom Hilary

The fires out west have forced Karen Jo, and her cats Herman and Emma of Herman’s Hideaway to evacuate their home. They are staying with a nephew and are safe. Send purrs and prayers their home will be safe from the flames. ~Cats of Wildcat Woods

Sweet Pea came surgery just fine and we are now waiting for the results of the tests! Keep sending purrs and purrayers that it is not C.

Annie of 40 Paws is very sick with cancer. She doesn’t have too many weeks left before she goes to the Bridge. Please send her family lots of purrs and purrayers, they have raised her since she was a teeny kitten and are heartbroken.

Brutus has been very sick and is recovering. The vet bill was $365! QM Rose had a really bad month and needs help paying this expense. Brutus will also need RXs from the pharmacy. There is a Paypal Button on the Royals’ bloggie if anyone wants to help out. Even a dollar or two will help, it all adds up. She has mentioned having the cats re-homed if she cannot pay for food and vet bills.

My friend Brenda lives in Buffalo, Texas which is in the woods, about ½ way between Dallas and Houston. Brenda owns my best dog friend, Abby. Abby is missing. She was playing near the house when Brenda and her husband went out and she has not been seen since. Abby is a gentle, fun, free spirit who loves to run and chase and play. She is not chipped. Could you please post Abby’s disappearance on the blogosphere with the request that it be forwarded to anyone that readers know in the general area? It’s been two weeks but the local paper is doing a newspaper story and vets in the area have been contacted as well. ~Marian in Houston (no bloggie)
