Volunteers Work to Scratch Out Inhumane Treatment of Feral Cats! The feral cats in Boardwalk Park have champions in Windsor, Colo., and friends from other communities as well. “A couple of years ago, a friend and I saw a cat being fed in the park, and we offered to help with the feeding,” Windsor resident Emily Green said. “My friend and I have now taken over the feeding, and there are probably 10 to 12 cats in the colony,” reports The Coloradan.com. ~the little black cat

• Auntie Deb, Spats, Sassy and Summer all need your purrs. Spats may have hypertrophic cardiomypathy like her sister, Sassy. Mommy Cat Summer has a bump on her nose that needs to be surgically removed.
