Lee Ann, of Wee Paws Animal Sanctuary in Las Vegas, is fighting to hold on to the home they use as a shelter. The house has gone to the bank and she desperately wants to buy it before it sells. If you know anyone interested in helping secure financing and/or help via donations, please get in touch with Lee Ann. Anyone interested can contact KC AT catblogosphere.com for a lengthy letter explaining the situation. When she gets the facility, it will house 50 cats!!! If anyone has any ideas, please let us know!

HOME NEEDED FOR JOEY THE CAT OF PHOENIX, AZ!!! A fellow blogger recommended I check out The Cat Blogosphere in my attempt to find a home for Joey the Cat. I do not have a blog yet (still working on it) but did create a site to find Joey a home. He has quite a story and really needs a nice, patient caring home to take him in. In the few weeks we have been caring for him he has really turned into a great cat. He is playful and sweet and more of a lap cat then any of our other 6 cats we have rescued (he now jumps on my lap on command!) His full story is on his site, along with more information about him and us (his rescuers) as well as contact info and a short video of Joey.
