Justice for LBD! LBD or Little Brown Dog was knowingly dragged behind a pickup truck by her owner, Jimmy Lovell of Knoxville, TN. This petition is to let the courts know he should be given the maximum penalty. I do not know, nor want to know, the details, but did sign the petition (#4198) and urge everyone to do so. The court date is December 11th. This is a link to the news report, which I cannot read. I do know LBD is recovering. ~Mommy ML

CatSynth published them’s 1000th post yesterday! (That’s a lot of posting!)

Update: Two famblies are in tha running to get Kenneth. Isn’t that grrreat. One of them is our own, Samatha, who is furry lonely wifout Mr. Tigger. Keep yours paws crossed fur Samantha! They said they would love a “velcro cat” like Kenneth.

Kenneth is a beautiful, loving tabby that needs a home. All his needs for the rest of his life will be provided by his Mom’s family. He just asks for a home with someone to love him. His mommy has alzheimers and had to be hospitalized, leaving Kenneth alone. He is a very loving, very quiet 7-year old lapcat, indoors only, and will be very close to his “person”. He is currently in Tennessee, and transport arrangements can be made to get him to his new forever home. If you are interested, leave a comment here or email KC (kc AT catblogosphere DOT com).
