I have heard that some friends cannot access lots of Blogger blogs, and they are getting an error message.  It seems to only be an issue for those using Internet Explorer. I found out that this problem is somehow caused by the Google "Followers" widget.  A quick fix is to move that widget to where it loads last, like say in your footer.  Then when the issue gets resolved, you can move the widget back up where you like it.  Hope this helps!
