Recent Spam Attack Solution: Like some others, we got spammed big time recently.  We had 485 comments, 1 per post 2006 through 2008. Thats a pain ta delete. So we looked at the setting possibilities. We think the best solution is ta set yer site for "comment moderation" and set the days ta 5 (or however many days yer last 5 posts usually are). That means spam comments won’t be shown fer old posts. It also means that ya can delete them all at once easily! A screen comes up that lets delete them all at once! Go to yer Bloger dashboard, then "settings", "comments", "comment  moderation", choose "only on posts older than", and set it to 5 days. Make sure to put an email address in the box below the number of days box. That alerts ya to new comments on old posts and ya can easily delete them all at one choice. If the spammer puts a bunch comments in new posts, they are a lot easier ta delete than 1 per old  post. At least it stops this current type of attack. ~LC, Ayla, and Iza and The Big Thing
