Since our beans went out of town last week, we have extended the deadlines in our contest in hopes that we will get more entries. We have also posted pictures of the blankets that the winners will win. Come on and nominate those fur siblings – we’ll have six prize winners in all. Even if you nominated your brofur or sisfur last year, tell us about something new they did the past year. Fifty cents per entry will be donated to the Skeezix treat fund. So come on you guys, enter already. ~Abbie 

Moki is very sick with both a URI and UTI, plus is very dehydrated. He will have a test for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, a rare blood clotting disorder, which matches many of his symptoms. Moki is really struggling right now, very ill, please keep him in your prayers and send him lots of purrs.

To help with Moki’s vet bills, we have started a Valentine Auction on Deb & ML’s blog. We have lots more items to add later this week.

Gree reports A very sad thing happened with Kashim and Othello’s family last night, thought Kashim’s paws seem to be ok and not getting infected. Kashim and Othelllo’s Awesome Man’s little 3 month old niece died last night of health issues she’s been dealing with since birth. Please send lots of purrs to the Awesome Man and Kashim and Othello and all the family for their sads.

Puffy Paws Kitty Haven is non-profit, free-roaming, cage-less, no-kill haven and rescue for unwanted kitties. They are located in Englewood, Florida. Puffy Paws is have some financial problems and has a special alert out as they need to come up with lots and lots of green papers to keep their electricity on, otherwise they may have to shut their doors.
