Callie has updated Artsy Catsy with the good news that her blood work is not only normal, but exceptionally good for a ladycat her age – blood sugar, kidney function, liver function etc. Now she has to go back tomorrow to have more blood drawn for thyroid tests, and she’s not happy about it!

BEST NOOS FROM WHICKY! Could you please make a little announcement on Thursday 6th November to let everyone know that me and my feline family have a blog now. It’s taken ages to persuade our humans that we should have one. The encouragement and friendly response from cat bloggers when I have been a guest blogger finally won the battle.  Our blog is called "Everycat" – because every cat is a wonderful cat. We have already made the first post (6th November) and if our Mum can work it out she will put a link on the CB in the morning. We are in the UK so we think we are about 7 or 8 hours ahead of you in America. Here is a link to our first post. Auntie Deb is facing very risky major surgery before the first of the year. She is awaiting an MRI to determine if she will need hip surgery along with spinal surgery that the doctor compared to having open heart surgery. She is in a lot of pain and extremely depressed, as the surgery will require at least six months of recovery.

Don’t forget KC’s Project Postcards: Deb misses blogging and all her friends so much. Gussie, Auntie Deb’s computer, is in the basement, and the steep stairs are off limits right now. Also, her daughters are both far away at college. What gave KC the idea for a Postcard Project is that she was very excited as she had received cards in the mail. KC figured, let’s let her know we are thinking about her! If you would like to send her a card, that would be fantastic. She really loves POSTCARDS! (If you need her address, just email KC.)
