Trip update: Millie’s Mom who is Monty Q’s Sprout’s Godmother will be able to make the trip to be with the family and be with them for the funeral service, thanks to all you generous cat bloggers!  The flight is arranged and the hotel, and transportation to and from airports and hotel.  All of the transportation is being donated by cat bloggers and a Gizzy quilt lover named Becky, even!  Once we know final trip expense totals, we’ll let you know how much will be going to the family to help out with Sprout’s final expenses.  Mom Robyn will also be going up for the service and to pass on all your hugs and love too. The service Saturday will be private, but the family has taken in Millie’s Mom as family (of course!) and has made an exception for Mom Robyn and Becky for being Cat Blogosphere "ambassadors" and helping out with transportation.  Cat Bloggers ROCK! UPDATE from Mom Robyn: Slight misunderstanding when this was written last night.  Any Cat Bloggers who are want to attend the services, are invited by Tracey, they just need to email her so she can arrange for them to get in to the private service. If you don’t have Tracey’s email, let me know at catsnmom AT houseofthemostlyblackcats DOT com and I’ll get it to you. For those considering attending, here’s the information on the services: The private viewing at 8:30am at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Then the Mass of the Angels is 11am open to friends over at Holy Face Church, 20408 Point Lookout Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634.
 

Sprout Quilt Scraps update: Because the service is on Saturday, Monty’s Mom and Mom Lynne will put together the quilt on Friday.  Because of this, DKM is sending out the fabric scraps tomorrow instead of Thursday.   She is sending blank squares also, so that Mom Lynne can add names as needed, so if you want a free quilt scrap sent in your name, it can still be done.  Tons of thanks to the ladies at the fabric shop that donated all the fabric!

The Squillion Auction has come to  an end. Those squillions not yet bid on will remain up for auction and the money for all 10 squillions will go to Sprout’s family toward her final medical expenses.

Felix update: He’s not doing well and may not make it through Wednesday. :(  Please see Felix’s blog for a message from Mom Jenny. (We’s sendin lots and lotsa purrs and purrayers for alla them. ~~ Sanjee)

Praline is taking advantage of her mom being gone and is going to have a house trashing party on Friday once the pet sitter, Janet, leaves.  She is working on the details (this is her first party) and will let everyone know on Thursday.  Keep your eyes open and plan on coming over to keep Praline company.

Miss Peach wrote: GREAT MEWS!!! My NOMSS pal JACKSON is out of surgery that was successful for the removal of the cancer!  YEAHHHHH!!!  He will be in the hospital until his birthday Friday.  If all goes well then he can come home to lots of TLC!  I want to thank you for all of your visits and purrrrs to him.  It means so much to me.
