Rest in peace, Sweet Lilly

Sweet Lilly had to be helped to the Bridge this affernoon. She was a furry sick kitty.  You mite want ta stop by an leaf some purrs fur hers Mom and sisfur, Laila, who will be lonely wifout Lilly.  Lilly has a Catster page if you want to leave a treat, gift or message.

Then they did an endoscopy and found two huge hairballs which they removed, and also did a tissue biopsy of his stomach. Those biopsy results will be in Friday. Mu Shue is back on IV fluids and he has to see a cardiologist next week because he also has heart problems. BKCFoC UPDATE! GOOD NOOS FUR STORM! We had hoped to get around the blogs this week to thank everyone…but time failed us. Please could you send our love and thanks to everyone who has been by to see me, and to those sending purrs, prayers and fings for my health to improve – they are certainly helping! I had a check up today and the good news is that my weight has stayed the same and I have not lost any in the past 6 days – this may not sound much like good news to some people, but for a kitty with cancer this is quite encouraging news, cos a cat with cancer, even if it eats LOADS will still lose weight…My Vet was encouraged (maybe even a little surprised given our last conversation) by my slightly improved demeanour…now all I need to do is start gaining some weight and to stay alive! Thank you to everyone for being so wonderful. The Blogosphere is such a beautiful place…xxx   [ Our purrs and prayers have been answered, Storm. I am going to post this on the CB both tonight and tomorrow so no one misses it. Do not worry about posting on mine blog, just keeping us updated on your progress is enough. Love & Purrs, KC ]
