An Important Mission - Hello Pink Ladies! I am afraid there is a little bit of sad news about Percy (from The Cats Stephens). He went to have a lump on his toe removed and it turned out to be a nerve sheath sarcoma. Also, it turns out they did not remove all of the tumor during the surgery, so he will have to have another surgery. They are feeling sad and upset, and nobody has yet been to visit them. If you have a moment, it would be wonderful to leave them some comforting purrs.

The Taylor CatSSSSS have devoted their blog to collecting information and such on the Max-Mindy situashun. See OKAY WE ARE FURRIOUS for the latest, including contacts, links, etc. we kitties need to follow up wif emails and letters.

What’s going on here? Doc and I have news about Boulder’s new attack on outdoor cats. Doc is furr-ious. Seems the eco-freaks there don’t like the idea of cats doing what comes naturally, killing birds. Doc thinks the whole idea of eating a bird is nasty. She would much rather take out a certain poodle, but that’s beside the point. We also have the story of Boulder’s persecution of Cici the Pink Poodle… SJR, The Pink Flamingo

@ Max & Skeezix: Here in Germany you could sew them for using your picture without your permission…I just had to pay 1000 Euro (about $ 1500) for using a tinty picture of mustard and sugar in a recipe I published on my blig. I condieres them being under creative commons lizence and was mistaken

we sended them an email and said we were outraged they stold Skeezix’ pictures then made fun of him. We mentioned if they had read his story, they would know how he got to be named Skeezix!

does this person(s) not know that they use a copyrighted photo of skeezix? and to make fun of skeezy is just unacceptable! obviously they do not have caring hearts like the rest of the cat blogosphere. we is gonna email them!

They’re not responding to my emails…but I did note they now have an “apology” to Skeezix up.

Yup, they did apologize about Skeezix, but they’s hafn’t said anyfing about Max-Mindy.
Them photoshopping Max’s collar off shows they knew what thems was doing, it was premeditated. They didn’t want anyone to be able to identify Max from his collar.
They’s got copyrights all over thems website and then they tries to act like they didn’t know!
Max is furry famous, being in books an all, there is a lot at steak to steel him, he’s like an icon or sumfing. can’t fink of tha right word.

I was wondering if anyone can help me set up my bloggie to my liking?? I would like to add links and a chatbox, weather and many more thingies, that i have come to love from all of you bloggers our there!!!You all have wonderful pages and I want mine to Catteriffic as well!!! I have tried to get a new Kitty background but it didnt work. I really like seeing the links to other people’s blogs on the side of the pages , and thats what i want, also pictures, and such, too much too mention acually, My email is under “about me ” on churchills page and you can email me if anyone can help out at all. we has sent a letter to the presumed “lady” who makes the T6CI. we hopes you will do the same:
what furry rude beans you must be. you put our best frend, skeezix, up for ridicule! an’ appropriated images of pretty miss misty, and also our good buddy, max the psychokitty. you even photomanipulated one of them at least (an’ a lousy job at that) an’ presented him as a girlcat. good grief! how humiliatin’!! we’re not sure he woulda let you do THAT even if you HAD asked him for permission. sure, you took down skeezy’s picture when you were called on it, but how come max’s is still in there?

the request to link to someone’s bloggie does not bear the inherent right to make away with its content and do with it as you will. that right belongs to the blogger. max sez you din’t specifically ask for permission to use pictures, an’ you sure din’t credit the ones we know about. we found his picture on kitten wars, an’ it is absolutely, positively the one you have posted as “mindy”. it does not matter if you are not “making $$$ here”–that’s not the point. the point is, you took max’s image an’ used it wifout his permission. kinda makes us wonder about those other kitties. is there even any flesh-n-blood kitties who lives there, or is this all a story?
we hopes that you will find some other way to decorate your bloggie wif kitty faces–try takin’ your own pictures, or draw some, or hire someone to draw them, or take a look at stock photos. there are a jillion of ‘em out there. but please don’t use the kitties of the kitty blogosphere wifout permission. we is asking nicely, acause they are our furriends an’ we doesn’t wanna reflect badly on them. but if you really HAS got kitties, you KNOW what they do when they’re mad at you . . .
