2nd Annual Christmas Eve Gathering

5pm to 10pm EST – Open House
10pm to 2am EST – HotMBC hosting

We don’t want nocat to be lonely Chrissymouse Eve night, so we’s gathering to hang out together and haf nappiles and munchies and games and stuff.  All cats and their beans and friends are invited to join us. Last year’s Chrissymouse Eve bash at HotMBC wuz so big we’s deecided to move it to the Cat Blogosphere this year! December 24, 2007!  Drop in any time. If you want to come earlier, there will probably be somecats around. 5pm to 10pm EST will be open house with somecats around probably. HotMBC and KC will be hosting from 9pm to midnight EST. Then more open house til the last cats go home. We’ll haf live chat n myoosic n we’ll haf lotsa fun!

Efurryfing you’ll need:
2 jars (2-1/2ounces) strained ham baby food
5/8 cup wheat germ
5/8 cup non-fat milk powder
Vegetable Oil Spray
Cookie sheet Oven
Cat Staff to make them and dole them out
A little water
Wire rack for cooling
Airtight container or plastic bag
Fridgerdator or Freezer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil spray. Mix baby food, wheat germ, and milk powder in medium bowl. If the dough is too sticky, us a tiny bit of water to make it un-sticky.  (Miles’s Mom says it should be pretty stiff, though.) Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or smaller) onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack (or somesuch place). Store baked treats in airtight container or plastic bag and place in refrigerator or freezer until time for the Cat Staff to dole them out.
MAKES 2-1/2 to 3 dozen (or more if they’re smaller)

Oh, and the grafik above was made by taking a calendar pikshur and fixing it up for the hollydays wif Piknik online. Sam n Tigger introdoosed us, and it’s way cool and easy no matter how little yoo know bout makin grafiks.
