Jody emailed yesserday: You guys are so wonderful!  Thank you!  The cats say thanks, too. Might come just in time to help another cat, same block as that injured male, China lives on.  This time the neighbor trapping is going to involve the cops from the start.  She is seeing a black cat, out late, with severely damaged eyes, likely from herpes, but she just doesn’t know.  She’s going to try to trap it, because it’s breaking her heart.  She promises to have the cops involved from the start, so nobody is threatened for "helping" an injured cat, which should not happen to anyone anyway.  If she catches this cat, then the money will be there, to get him to a vet. THANK YOU!

 

Kitty Limericks announced it’s winner, eh, winners of The 1000th Comment Contest. Danielle was #1000, she elected to donate her prize of $10 to Jody of Cat’s Eyes. Yuki & Kimoko were winners as well, and also elected to donate the $10 prize to Jody. We’s got a lots of winners there.
