It is listed clearly on the ingredients list for that food as wheat gluten. Wheat gluten is not listed on the ingredient list for our food. The M/D food is for weight control, so it makes sense that they use extra fiber ingredients for that food. I feel much better about my food now. I hope that everything will settle down now and all the cats foods will be safe soon. I think I may switch my monsters to Acana or Orijen which are both made by Champion Petfoods Ltd, a company based in Alberta near me, which guarantees all products their products are made and packed by them. http://www.championpetfoods.com/ The Orijen has no grain products at all, the Acana does use rice and/or oatmeal, and specifically says 'good for struvite reduction' They sell in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick and British Colombia in Canada, adn Florida, Oregon, Washington and Georgia, in the US. Worth a look for any of you in that area. I can't recommend either, mind you. I haven't tried them. But they do look better than most of the crap out there. I was doing some looking around today.
