To the best of our knowledge, Carol is not being evicted. Her landlord wants her to clean up the apartment. She will still have a roof over her’s and Brandi’s head after the 28th. Perhaps she could use some of the auction money to pay for a professional cleaning since she wouldn’t have the extra expense of moving.

I did fax over a letter stating that Carol has been paying rent at her old place and that we are all willing to keep helping her but that is not what her new landlady wants. She wants a financial guaranty. If someone else out there can make that commitment it would be up to them, I just cannot.
